New customers must fill out a Wholesale Application and be approved before orders can be placed. We will process your request and respond within 48 hours to confirm your wholesale access. Once approved, you will receive a personal login and password to view the terms and conditions, set up your account and begin ordering.
We do not accept retail applications from companies who resell our products on third party portals such as Amazon, Sears, Walmart, Ebay, Buy.com, Nextag, Channel Manager, Alibaba, or Shop.com
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following are the necessary terms and conditions for placing wholesale orders with Eli & Jojo’s.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER Wholesale orders are placed directly from our website www.eliandjojo.com.
- First time wholesale users need to register on our website for a wholesale account and compete the application.
- Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, view inventory availability, and place orders.
MINIMUM ORDERS AND REORDERS Minimum order is $100 plus shipping. New wholesale customers have no minimum on their first order.
PAYMENTS Payment is due at the time of the order. Eli & Jojo’s accepts MasterCard, Visa & Discover.
LEAD TIME 5 calendar days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Holidays are considered non-work days and will affect lead tim
SHIPPING Shipping is not included in orders. All orders ship via USPS with real-time shipping rates.
RETURNS Please contact Eli & Jojo’s within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Every attempt will be made to fix the issue.
